Riverscapes: Connecting to Rivers through Art

Join Roaring Fork Conservancy and the Basalt Regional Library for a two-week program exploring watersheds, rivers, ourselves, and our community through art.

Tuesday through Thursday, teens will meet briefly at 10 AM via video chat to connect and learn about the day’s art and nature project. Participants will then head out on their own to complete an art project inspired by our local rivers and natural spaces. Once complete, students will post their artwork online and meet virtually again at 1 PM to discuss what they created and learned.

This FREE program is for teens entering 7th – 12th grade. All materials will be provided and available for pick up one week before the program.

Registration is required and space is limited – sign up early!
