Pilates and Slings for Adults and Seniors
In this 60 minute class, you will learn basic exercises that focus on moving with intention, making you more limber and strengthening your core. You will need an exercise mat (this may be substituted with a beach towel) and a bath towel.
Registration for this event will close 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access this event shortly before your session begins.
