Explore basic Pilates and Slings exercises with an emphasis on moving with intention and strengthening your existing abilities, integrating your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Drop in once or join us weekly through March for this fitness at home series. Each class explores a unique movement focus with the overarching aim of enhancing the quality of life.
